Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

You will drive digital growth in the DACH market by owning lead generation and pipeline contribution through performance marketing, SEO, and web asset optimization. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring you to leverage AI and data-driven insights to improve conversion paths and customer journeys. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and international marketing teams to establish scalable processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for the DACH market.
• Manage Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and GEO with a focus on lead quality and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full marketing funnel and customer journey to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead the continuous development of the company website, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Establish a structured CRO and experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to refine lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
• Utilize AI and automation to enhance research, analysis, and operational workflows.
• Share expertise and develop scalable digital marketing standards for international teams.
