About the role

The Senior FP&A Manager owns the group-wide planning cycle, including annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. This role involves leading liquidity planning, driving process automation, and providing actionable financial insights to leadership to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the group-wide planning cycle including annual budget and quarterly reforecasts.
• Lead liquidity planning from weekly rolling cash flow forecasts to long-term financial planning.
• Identify plan deviations and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
• Drive automation and standardised controlling processes to ensure scalability.
• Manage projects end-to-end with a focus on continuous process improvement.
