Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance acts as the CEO's closest counterpart, owning the finance function end-to-end including accounting, controlling, FP&A, and M&A. This role is responsible for building an AI-first finance team, managing energy-specific financial complexities, and ensuring the company is investor-ready. The position requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex financial data into strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and build an AI-first finance team to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Control key business metrics such as Burn Multiple, NRR, and gross margin per product domain.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to shape pricing, packaging, and margin guardrails.
• Manage energy finance, including procurement risk, hedging, and working capital.
• Build investor readiness by owning the financial model, equity story, and data room.
• Drive M&A and consolidation activities, including target pipelines, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
