Manager, FP&A

About the role

Bumble is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the Corporate & Strategic Finance team to support internal group reporting and forecast management. This individual contributor role involves producing monthly financial packs, maintaining reporting systems, and supporting annual budget and reforecast cycles. The successful candidate will lead ad hoc analyses on KPIs and financials while identifying process improvements for accuracy and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting, including data flow between NetSuite, Pigment, and Workday
• Prepare and maintain the Monthly KPI model, group month-end deck figures, and quarterly board packs
• Support headcount and staff cost forecasting, including variance analysis and materials for senior management
• Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles by collecting stakeholder inputs and maintaining consolidation files
• Build and maintain standardized models and datasets for the FP&A team
• Lead discrete analyses end-to-end and connect findings to business decisions
• Identify and implement improvements to increase accuracy, automation, and standardization
