Working student - Talent Development

About the role

As a working student in Talent Development, you will support the design of development formats, enhance agile feedback structures, and manage employee satisfaction projects. You will contribute to operational tasks, conduct research on AI in talent development, and help optimize mentoring systems. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent development processes within an agile, high-end software engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of new development formats and enhance agile feedback structures.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization and co-creation of mentoring systems and tools.
• Manage the employee satisfaction project, including survey execution and deriving actionable insights.
• Assist with operational tasks such as preparing training events and maintaining data.
• Research AI applications in talent development and conduct analyses on mentoring concepts and organizational empowerment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (second half) or Master's program in Business Psychology, HR Management, or a comparable field.
