Head of Maintenance

About the role

The Head of Maintenance is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the maintenance organization within an industrial production environment. The role ensures maximum equipment availability, process stability, and technical operational safety, particularly during industrialization and scaling phases. You will shape the technical infrastructure of existing and future plants while contributing to production performance and economic efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gesamtverantwortung, operative Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Maintenance-Organisation.
• Aufbau und Implementierung einer strukturierten, präventiven und zustandsorientierten Instandhaltungsstrategie
• Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Minimierung von Stillstandzeiten
• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines CMMS-gestützten (Softwarebasierten) Instandhaltungsmanagements
• Definition, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Verbesserung technischer Kennzahlen
• Mitwirkung bei der Anlagenspezifikation und -abnahme in enger interdisziplinärer Abstimmung
• Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Wartungspartner
• Strategische Infrastrukturplanung und Konzeptionierung bei Werksneubauten, -umbauten oder Kapazitätserweiterungen
• Organisation, Steuerung und Gewährleistung von Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen
