Field Service Engineer (ESS / PV)

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the south of France, managing technical inquiries and resolving issues to ensure the optimal operation of solar energy products. This role involves performing on-site technical interventions and collaborating with project teams to support commissioning and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
• Collaborating closely with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases.
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and all health & safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for current and future service contracts.
