About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing a best-in-class candidate experience while working across multiple teams to execute the firm's talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to run the entire recruiting process and provide support and expertise to teams.
• Identify high quality candidates and provide key search updates while offering guidance as searches evolve.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring excellent communication and engagement throughout the process.
• Serve as a main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop a big picture understanding of the business, brand, and values to act as a champion of the firm's talent strategy.
