About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Audi Revolut F1 Team. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job intake to offer negotiation
• Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and direct search
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
• Monitor recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and employment regulations
