Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will help find and hire exceptional people across the company by partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and identifying top talent. You will manage searches from start to finish, using AI to improve research, sourcing, and coordination while building strong relationships with candidates. This role focuses on making high-quality hiring decisions and mastering the craft of recruitment in an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand team needs and define clear candidate profiles for new roles.
• Research talent markets and conduct thoughtful outreach to identify promising candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers on search strategy, candidate conversations, and process coordination.
• Help define assessment criteria and prepare interviewers to ensure evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Experiment with AI tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve recruitment processes.
