About the role
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition and employer branding function to build a scalable hiring engine for a rapidly growing clean energy company. This role involves developing a high-performing team, establishing rigorous hiring standards, and partnering with leadership to ensure the company attracts top talent across scientific, engineering, and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of five TA Partners and a TA Enablement & Analytics Partner.
- Build and maintain TA operating standards including interview frameworks, scorecards, and decision criteria.
- Drive capacity planning in partnership with Finance and department heads.
- Equip leaders to run structured, fair hiring processes through training and coaching.
- Own the ATS end-to-end, including configuration, data integrity, and reporting.
- Build a consistent, differentiated employer brand presence in target talent markets.

Qualifications
