About the role
This role partners with drug development project leaders to translate scientific strategy into integrated project plans and drive execution across Quotient's early drug pipeline. The Director will coordinate matrix project teams, manage budgets and resources, and ensure readiness for key development milestones. Additionally, the role supports pipeline strategy through scenario-based analyses and interfaces with research operations to maintain an end-to-end view of R&D activities.
Responsibilities
- Translate drug development strategy into integrated project plans including scope, milestones, and critical paths.
- Monitor progress, identify interdependencies, and coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans.
- Structure and run project team meetings, tracking decisions and action logs.
- Maintain governance-ready dashboards and status summaries for executive and board reviews.
- Manage operational execution with external partners such as CROs to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
- Forecast and track resource needs across projects and the pipeline.
- Coordinate budgets with finance and track spend against plans.
- Establish and maintain structured risk and issue management processes.
