About the role

The Managing Director will lead a specialized Finance and BI company, balancing strategic leadership with active project involvement. This role involves overseeing business development, managing the team, and providing expert consulting on financial planning, reporting, and consolidation solutions for clients. The position requires a blend of operational consulting and executive management to drive company growth and client success.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and operationally develop the company while actively participating in projects.
• Hold overall responsibility for client projects in finance, reporting, corporate planning, and consolidation.
• Advise clients at the management level on business processes and data-driven solutions.
• Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including hands-on execution.
• Cultivate client relationships and support presales and pitch activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure operational excellence.
