Client Service Director - Public Sector

About the role

The Client Service Director will hold strategic, economic, and client-focused responsibility for a major, long-term mandate within the public sector. You will act as the primary interface between client consulting, account development, and digital delivery, leading a core team to drive complex digital platform projects. This role focuses on long-term relationship management and proactive development of consulting offerings rather than individual project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of client goals, roadmaps, and challenges to provide proactive solutions.
• Proactively develop new topics and consulting offerings such as UX, technology, and AI integration.
• Manage revenue, contribution margins, and forecasts for the assigned mandate.
• Oversee large-scale projects and support project managers with milestones and escalations.
• Align the client-focused core team and integrate necessary specialists.
