Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Buena is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our M&A strategy by identifying and hiring tech-savvy talent for our property management acquisitions across Germany. You will take full responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees, building proactive talent pools and ensuring our new acquisitions are staffed with high-performing individuals. This role involves working closely with our HQ leadership and local managers to redefine the traditional property management role.

Responsibilities

• Source talent via various channels for 80% of your time in the first few months.
• Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates.
• Build, optimize, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Implement and manage a CRM to ensure recruitment efficiency.
• Link the M&A pipeline seamlessly with the talent pipeline.
• Systematically screen the German market to build strategic talent pools for future targets.
