About the role

Catawiki is seeking a senior commercial leader to define and execute the long-term growth strategy for the Coins & Banknotes category. The role involves managing the P&L, leading an international team of experts, and navigating market cycles to drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will translate complex data into commercial priorities while maintaining strong relationships with key sellers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for Coins & Banknotes
• Own the P&L and steer revenue, margin, and performance with disciplined decision-making
• Translate complex data into clear commercial priorities
• Lead, coach, and develop a large international expert team
• Create clarity, accountability, and stability within a growing organisation
• Anticipate and respond to market trends, seasonality, and investment shifts
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key sellers
• Strengthen the seller pipeline in close partnership with Sales
• Work cross-functionally to unlock sustainable, long-term growth
