About the role

Lendable is seeking a Head of Direct Marketing to build and scale a precise, defensible growth engine as the company undergoes a major rebrand. You will own the direct marketing channel end-to-end, including strategy, creative, logistics, and data-driven targeting. This role involves managing the channel P&L, leading a team of analysts, and collaborating with creative and risk teams to drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own the direct marketing strategy and set volume, response, and payback targets anchored to LTV.
  • Manage the channel P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining CAC/LTV discipline.
  • Source and acquire prospect data from bureaus and brokers to combine with first-party data.
  • Direct analysts in building response and propensity models to optimize mailing decisions.
  • Plan and execute the campaign calendar, managing print and postal suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Partner with risk, product, and finance teams to shape offers based on eligibility and lifetime value.
  • Hire and develop the marketing team as the channel scales.
