About the role

The AI Forward Deployed Engineering team is a specialized customer-facing group that delivers professional services to help customers build and productionize AI applications. This role involves developing GenAI solutions, serving as a technical advisor, and collaborating cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps. The position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions incorporating research techniques to solve customer problems.
• Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
• Present at conferences and act as a thought leader.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
