AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

As an AI & Automation Engineer at Yoursquares, you will act as a central interface between partner needs and the company's tech stack. You will develop software solutions, automate recurring processes, and integrate AI systems to improve operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to rapid prototyping, technical ownership, and the ability to make independent architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for client problems including tools, services, and integrations from prototype to rollout.
• Design and build APIs and system interfaces to connect internal tools, CRM, and client systems.
• Analyze and automate manual, recurring business processes using platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Build and maintain AI systems, including LLM integration and AI-supported development workflows.
• Create MVPs and digital services using rapid prototyping to validate new product approaches.
• Manage technical ownership including monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications
