Principal Engineer

About the role

As a Principal Engineer at Suitsupply, you will serve as the most senior hands-on engineer, responsible for designing, building, and shipping solutions across the company. You will split your time between accelerating projects within teams and establishing cross-cutting engineering standards. This role focuses on driving AI-native development and ensuring technical excellence across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Set and enforce cross-cutting standards for observability, monitoring, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Design and build solutions for complex, cross-team technical challenges and migrations.
• Parachute into projects to provide technical discovery and jump-start delivery.
• Embed within teams to raise technical standards through pairing with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers.
• Drive agentic development and AI-native workflows across the organization.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership on domain architecture.

Qualifications
