About the role

Vision-Dynamics GmbH is seeking experienced developers, system designers, and engineers to work on complex aerospace, aviation, and Head-Up Display (HUD) projects. You will be responsible for the functional and consistent system design throughout the entire product development process, from requirements analysis and architecture to integration, verification, and validation. The role involves working at the intersection of various technical disciplines to ensure system maturity and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine functional system designs and architectures.
• Derive technical system concepts from customer and product requirements.
• Define system functions, boundaries, and technical interfaces.
• Manage requirements engineering and ensure traceability across the development lifecycle.
• Plan and secure development maturity levels and support technical reviews.
• Support system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Coordinate technical interfaces across interdisciplinary teams and international partners.
