About the role

NetBird is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own the end-to-end hiring process as the company scales. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, GTM, and Operations, partnering with founders and team leads to build a robust hiring engine. This role involves proactive sourcing, managing candidate relationships, and shaping the company's employer brand within the open source community.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across Engineering, GTM and Operations, from role kickoff to offer and close.
• Source proactively for hard technical roles through GitHub, the open source community, events and your own network.
• Run the first conversation with candidates and be the person they trust throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions, scorecards and interview loops.
• Own job postings, interview plans, pipeline hygiene and reporting.
• Track hiring metrics to optimize processes and improve pipeline conversion.
• Turn the company's open source presence into an employer brand.
