About the role

The Recruiter, Retail Operations & Headquarters will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across retail stores, retail leadership, and corporate headquarters functions. This role supports both high-volume hourly hiring and full-cycle recruiting for professional roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and high-quality candidate experience. The successful candidate will also coach retail leaders on hiring processes to build consistency and capability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, interview teams, and senior recruiters to drive aligned, high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience across both retail and headquarters searches.
• Partner with store managers and operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, including seasonal and event-driven surges.
• Use LinkedIn, ATS tools, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified talent and strengthen pipelines.
• Develop and teach retail leaders on hiring processes, interview practices, and tools to build consistent hiring capability.
• Take full accountability for assigned requisitions from intake through offer support.
