Backend Engineer - Agentic AI

About the role

getpress is building an AI-agent platform to transform the PR industry, moving from a service-based model to a service-as-a-software company. As a Backend Engineer, you will own the technical foundation of the PR platform and develop multi-agent systems that redefine the PR value chain. You will work closely with the management team to shape system architecture, data management, and the integration of AI agents into production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop the full-stack PR platform that serves as the operating system for the agency.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems including self-learning loops for PR consultants.
• Design and maintain system architecture, including workflows, data models, and compliance.
• Evolve database architecture, managing both relational and vector databases.
