Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the role

FICUS Health is seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead commercial growth and strategy. The role involves overseeing marketing and sales operations to scale the business and establish the company as a leader in AI-powered clinical management software for European rehabilitation clinics. The CCO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a member of the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Manage end-to-end customer acquisition and expand relationships with clinic groups and associations.
• Establish robust processes, KPIs, and CRM-supported pipeline management.
• Position the company brand within the European healthcare market.
• Collaborate with product and executive leadership to integrate market feedback into product development.
