About the role
The Group Product Manager will lead the development of Dex, an intelligent AI-native data warehouse designed to transform fragmented private markets data into a structured foundation. This zero-to-one role involves defining the multi-year vision and strategy while overseeing the entire data pipeline from ingestion to distribution. The successful candidate will leverage AI tools to drive product innovation and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take a new product from zero-to-one, managing the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and refine strategic direction.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure successful product execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
- Direct the development of AI-powered capabilities such as document ingestion, classification, and data extraction.
- Provide mentorship and product leadership to other team members while setting direction across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end
- Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion and extraction, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality
- Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features
