Product Manager - Integrations

About the role

The Product Manager for Integrations will bridge the gap between accounting domain expertise and product development to shape integrations that match real finance workflows. You will own a portfolio of integrations and partners, translating complex customer needs into clear requirements to ensure seamless data flow between Pleo and various accounting systems. This role requires a blend of product thinking, technical collaboration, and deep understanding of finance processes like reconciliation and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounting integrations and partner relationships, balancing customer needs, partner requests and internal priorities.
• Translate export, reconciliation and month-end close workflows into clear product requirements and integration behaviours.
• Partner with engineers to define data mapping and implementation details across multiple accounting systems, data models and APIs.
• Improve the integration set-up and configuration experience so customers can onboard successfully with fewer issues.
• Act as a trusted accounting domain expert, making pragmatic decisions that improve data quality and reduce manual work for finance teams.
• Support external partners and ERP vendors building on Pleo’s APIs, ensuring alignment on expectations, delivery and quality.
• Track and improve outcomes such as export success rate, adoption/activation and integration-related support volume.
