About the role

As an Expert & Trainer in GenAI, you will operate at the intersection of software engineering, elite training, and strategic consulting. You will be responsible for the pragmatic and secure implementation of AI solutions for clients, while also leading pedagogical initiatives to transform development methods. This role involves designing robust GenAI architectures, conducting training sessions, and providing strategic advice to help clients navigate complex technical transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, and deploy robust, production-ready GenAI architectures.
• Implement advanced retrieval strategies and orchestrate agentic workflows.
• Manage industrialization, cost optimization, and security guardrails for AI deployments.
• Lead training programs and workshops to upskill client teams in agentic coding and context management.
• Translate complex business needs into operational roadmaps and high-ROI strategies.
• Advise leadership teams on AI governance, risk management, and change management.
