Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process while contributing to the strategic development of the recruiting organization. You will act as a partner to hiring managers, optimize recruiting processes using KPIs, and build sustainable talent pipelines to attract top talent to ottonova.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from requirements analysis to successful placement
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience
• Utilize various recruiting channels and active sourcing to build talent pipelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies
• Analyze recruiting KPIs to derive and implement process optimizations
