Senior Product Designer (Illustration & Motion)

About the role

Miaplaza is seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate the visual and interactive quality of their homeschool platforms. You will own the end-to-end design of the student learning experience while setting the standards for illustration and motion across the company. This role involves art-directing AI-assisted production and collaborating within a Product Trio to solve complex pedagogical and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own product design for the student learning experience from problem framing through delivery
• Set the illustration and motion standards, principles, and character direction for all products
• Art-direct AI-assisted production by building prompts, references, and review processes
• Collaborate with a Product Manager and Engineering Manager in a Product Trio
• Mentor and guide visual work produced by others including freelancers and junior designers

Qualifications
