Staff Product Engineer

About the role

Attio is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to solve complex technical challenges and provide technical leadership within the engineering organization. You will design and build software that creates groundbreaking user experiences while mentoring and coaching team members to foster growth. This role requires a balance of individual technical execution and the ability to drive projects through others to deliver value for the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a critical part of the engineering organization.
• Design significant parts of the infrastructure while aligning with overall technical strategy.
• Set standards for building and operating robust, maintainable, scalable, and secure systems.
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow talent and assist in hiring efforts.
• Optimize for business outcomes by making appropriate trade-offs between delivery and perfection.
