Data Lead - Central Data Team

About the role

The Central Data team builds the standardized data products, methodologies, and systems that power YipitData's downstream business units. As a Data Lead, you will own a foundational data domain end-to-end, combining analytical product ownership with technical leadership to design reusable systems that improve data quality and consistency. You will partner with technical product managers and engineering managers to define strategy, drive execution, and leverage AI to transform how analytical work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of your data domain from raw data processing to downstream product delivery.
• Design validation frameworks, monitoring, and QA systems to proactively detect data quality issues.
• Develop reusable methodologies that scale across investor, corporate, and data feed business units.
• Partner with technical product managers and engineering managers to set analytical and technical direction.
• Expand and evolve your domain by onboarding new datasets and building reusable integration patterns.
• Redesign analytical workflows using AI and automation to eliminate manual work.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish standards and processes as the team grows.

Qualifications
