About the role

The Operational Excellence team is looking for a student to support onboarding processes, training development, and the coordination of decision-making committees. You will assist in standardizing operational procedures and implementing them across various locations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the energy transition while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and follow up on operational onboarding sessions and assist in their execution.
• Develop, organize, and implement new training formats.
• Support the coordination and management of the order management decision-making committee.
• Assist in creating and refining operational standards.
• Support the introduction and implementation of these standards at various locations.
