Customer Success Expert

About the role

The Customer Success Expert will manage the end-to-end user interaction cycle for the European AI Factory HammerHAI, from prospecting to closing. This role involves building strong client relationships, documenting user journeys, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service utilization and customer engagement. The position focuses on driving business development and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes through HammerHAI's service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and new and existing clients
• Document user journeys and utilize CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline progress
• Organize and contribute to events such as conferences, workshops, and hackathons
• Introduce services and technologies to potential clients
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer health and identify expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted campaigns and improve brand loyalty
• Manage the full end-to-end user interaction and engagement cycle

Qualifications
