About the role

Flix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Orion Supply Division team to optimize mobility partner coordination. You will take ownership of critical products, tackling complex architectural challenges and exploring AI-driven solutions within a collaborative, self-organized environment. The role involves contributing to both product and technical decisions that impact global mobility operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a distributed, cross-functional team to take ownership of the development process and technical decisions.
• Design new products from the ground up while continuously improving existing ones.
• Drive the development process in an Agile environment with a focus on user-centric solutions.
• Lead technical decisions across teams to improve technical excellence through collaboration.
• Define and deliver products that optimize coordination between Flix and Mobility Partners to enhance efficiency.
