About the role

As an AI Engineer, you will shape how banks and financial service providers utilize GenAI, from initial concept to production systems. You will bring new technologies into an environment that is open to change and encourages innovative approaches. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing AI components to automate financial service processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize new AI components for the automation of financial service processes.
• Program in Python and work on data extraction, document, and text processing using Machine Learning and GenAI.
• Develop agentic approaches for processing documents in the credit application process.
• Test existing AI systems, analyze their performance, and continuously optimize them.
• Implement microservices and REST interfaces and support the integration of AI components into existing software applications.
