Senior Solutions Architect (Transport)

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical leader for complex customer engagements, driving consumption strategy and platform adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade data and AI solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to influence long-term data strategy at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for complex customer engagements to influence platform adoption and revenue growth.
• Own senior-level technical relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead complex architecture engagements including multi-workload platforms, enterprise-wide migrations, and real-time systems.
• Act as an expert on the Databricks platform, mentoring team members and driving horizontal impact.
• Develop and execute competitive strategies to position the platform against incumbent and emerging technologies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Coach and develop junior solutions architects on technical depth and customer engagement.
• Contribute to field engineering thought leadership through content, workshops, and community engagement.
