Senior Process Optimisation Consultant

About the role

The Senior Process Optimisation Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to drive value, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of accounts. You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to build scalable engagement strategies, manage critical touchpoints, and ensure long-term success using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role focuses on driving value realization at scale through AI-orchestrated account plans and efficient portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Drive value, adoption, and sponsorship across a portfolio of customers and partners.
• Establish robust Centres of Excellence and coach customers on self-service offerings.
• Orchestrate and coach partners to deliver operational account work and drive customer health.
• Manage 1:N programs including value bootcamps, sprint motions, and innovation deployments.
• Build stakeholder trust and maximize impact through scaled interactions.
• Drive AI-orchestrated account plans and utilize AI-driven tools to monitor portfolio health and renewal risks.
• Operate AI agents to track value realization and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications
