Head of Operations

About the role

The Head of Operations will take full responsibility for the realization of BESS projects from contract signature to commissioning. This role involves managing the entire process including planning, EPC procurement, construction, and handover to operations. You will lead and scale a small team while reporting directly to the management.

Responsibilities

• Planning and specification of project concepts and management of external planners and experts.
• Preparation of tenders, negotiation, and awarding of EPC contracts including terms and warranties.
• Oversight of construction and commissioning, ensuring grid compliance and structured handover to operations.
• Commercial management of project budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Portfolio management and investor-ready reporting.
• Professional and organizational leadership of the operations team including onboarding and development.

Qualifications
