About the role

As a Project Manager / Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects and support project leads with budget, contract, and risk-related matters. You will ensure the economic success of projects by monitoring costs, schedules, and performance progress while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. This role allows engineering teams to focus on technical implementation and innovative design solutions by providing a solid commercial framework.

Responsibilities

• Koordination der termingerechten Projektabwicklung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Kaufmännische Begleitung unserer teilweise multidisziplinären Projekte über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI hinweg
• Erstellung von Honorarangeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitungen
• Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten
• Teilnahme an Bauherrn- und Projektbesprechungen
• Erstellung monatlicher Statusberichte für Auftraggeber und Bauherr:innen
• Verwaltung und Koordination von Subunternehmern und externen Projektpartnern
• Überwachung von Budgets und Kosten im Abgleich mit dem Leistungsfortschritt
• Identifizierung und Bewertung potenzieller Projektrisiken
• Unterstützung des Nachtragsmanagements
• Vorbereitung der Rechnungsstellung
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- sowie Health-&-Safety-Anforderungen

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project work within the construction, engineering, or real estate industry
