About the role

This role involves identifying and attracting talent to support the growth of T. Eilers & Partner, a strategic consulting firm. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to conducting interviews and developing personal marketing strategies. The position requires a structured approach to identifying potential and building professional relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract suitable talent for open positions
• Develop creative job advertisements and publish them on relevant platforms
• Review applications and conduct pre-screening to identify potential
• Conduct telephone and digital interviews
• Actively contribute to and develop personal marketing, personnel development, and social media recruiting
