Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join Eye Security during a period of growth to help build and scale the talent acquisition function. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment while designing processes that improve hiring quality and candidate experience. This role involves taking ownership of initiatives such as employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations to support sustainable scaling across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business roles from sourcing to offer.
• Design and improve recruitment frameworks including structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Utilize data and market insights to optimize recruitment performance and hiring decisions.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment operations, and hiring manager enablement.
