Your role involves coordinating and prioritizing key projects while monitoring initiatives in close collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize key projects and monitor initiatives across teams.
• Contribute expertise and ideas to growth projects such as the scaled rollout at opticians and the expansion of the physician network.
• Question and further develop existing processes while establishing new, scalable ones.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners using an empathetic approach.
• Apply creative problem-solving skills to address the growth challenges of a startup.
