About the role

The Senior HR Project Manager will join the HR Transformation team to drive strategic initiatives and mature the people function at LeoVegas Group. This role involves leading end-to-end HR projects, acting as a bridge between HR disciplines and senior leadership, and ensuring transformation initiatives deliver business value. The successful candidate will bring robust project discipline and commercial acumen to a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end HR transformation projects.
• Establishing clear project management structures, timelines, risk management, and reporting via project management tools.
• Building strong relationships and comfortably managing senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite members.
• Connecting different HR functions to ensure cross-team alignment, smooth communication, and clear project visibility.
• Driving commercial HR conversations and guiding business leaders through operational change and maturity initiatives.
• Escalating risks, removing blockers, and keeping complex short- and long-term project deliverables on track.

Qualifications
