Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Sona, you will own a portfolio of enterprise implementations end to end, working alongside a Solutions Architect on each project. You will run implementations of Sona's products, including HR, Scheduling, Payroll, LMS, and ATS, ensuring delivery meets scope commitments, budgets, and timelines. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders both internally and at customer organizations to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and scope, communicating mitigations and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary customer advocate, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and customers to ensure successful outcomes and efficient resource deployment.
• Produce clear, consistent documentation and status reports, escalating risks where required.
• Support our Land and Expand approach by driving strong customer partnerships and early value realisation.
• Continuously improve project processes and tools to enhance delivery speed, quality and customer satisfaction.
