Working Student - Executive Talent Sourcing

About the role

The Executive Recruiting team at SumUp is looking for a working student to assist in identifying and researching senior leadership talent. You will gain hands-on experience in executive search, market research, and talent acquisition by supporting the team with candidate mapping and database management. This role is designed for a curious individual interested in learning the craft of executive recruiting in a collaborative fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and map candidates for senior and strategic leadership roles using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sources.
• Shadow the Executive Recruiter on live searches to observe the evaluation of leadership candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Provide structured updates on search progress during weekly check-ins with hiring teams.
• Assist in testing new sourcing channels and strategies alongside the team.
