About the role
As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the founding and operations team on strategic and operational tasks. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, process automation, and optimizing operational workflows to support the company's scaling efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the structured onboarding process for new customers, including data collection and coordination with property owners.
- Identify manual processes and implement no-code or low-code solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing operations to identify bottlenecks and develop standardized, leaner workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and service providers to coordinate processes and communication.
- Assist in building scalable operations structures, including documentation and the creation of standardized checklists.
