Business Development Intern

About the role

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the founding and operations team on strategic and operational topics ranging from process automation to scaling property management. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, identifying and automating manual workflows, and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to building scalable structures for the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the structured onboarding process for new customers, including data collection and coordination with owners.
• Identify manual and repetitive tasks and implement no-code or low-code solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing operations processes to identify bottlenecks and develop standardized, leaner workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and service providers, coordinating processes and communication.
• Assist in building scalable operations structures, including documentation and standardized checklists.
