Senior Growth Product Manager AI Native

About the role

Magic Eden is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead retention and monetization for Dicey, their crypto casino and sportsbook platform. This role focuses on the post-signup player journey, utilizing AI-native workflows to build personalized retention strategies and segmentation frameworks. You will own the growth loop, driving experiments and campaigns to optimize player behavior and platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and monetization as a growth loop by setting targets and driving performance metrics.
• Manage and evolve the player segmentation framework using data signals.
• Build an AI-native growth stack including automated pipelines, agents, and analysis tools.
• Design, ship, and measure targeted player offers such as bonuses, challenges, and win-back sequences.
• Analyze on-chain and warehouse data to identify patterns and launch proactive campaigns.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to develop repeatable product surfaces for growth.
