About the role
The Strategic Programs Manager will own the rollout program for the company's most strategic accounts, ensuring successful AI implementations for leading law firms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, requiring the candidate to drive change management and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The position is responsible for establishing governance, monitoring adoption metrics, and creating reusable playbooks to accelerate client success.
Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end rollout program for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches
- Driving change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to build durable adoption
- Coordinating resources across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to deliver local and cross-border implementations
- Owning success metrics and governance, defining what good looks like, establishing the reporting cadence, and making outcomes legible to executives
- Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during implementation
- Owning the feedback loop, turning rollout learnings and adoption signals into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks
- Acting as a connective layer across teams, helping drive clarity, prioritization, and progress
- Bringing a structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems and pushing work over the finish line
